Enjoy a private class with Lisa Terrie-Toole, a former professional dancer who has been teaching yoga for over ten years. In this one hour training, Terrie-Toole draws from a variety of yoga traditions engaging all major muscle groups, invigorating the body, while at the same time calming the mind.
