Presented by the Watchung Environmental Commission and Rutgers Cooperative Extension. Learn how to plant a magical pollinator garden and how to control the invasive insects threatening the trees on your property, such as the spotted lanternfly and Emerald Ash Bore. Presenters include (1) Nicholas Polanin, the County Agriculture & Natural Resources Agent for the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Somerset County who is also a NJ licensed Tree Expert and (2) Roslyn Dvorin, the Environmental Program Coordinator for the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Somerset County, who previously worked as a park naturalist at the Union County Trailside Nature and Science Center and at Liberty State Park.
