OUR SUPPORTERS
Thank You to Our Generous Supporters
The work of Wagner Farm Arboretum and the Giving Garden is made possible through the generosity of foundations, businesses, community partners, and individual supporters. Their contributions help us expand our programs, strengthen our impact, and continue serving our community.
In December of 2025, Life Science Cares awarded the Giving Garden a $20,000 grant to support the continued growth and impact of the program. This funding helps strengthen our ability to grow and harvest fresh produce, engage volunteers and community partners, and provide nutritious food to local organizations serving individuals and families facing food insecurity.
In 2026, The Westfield Foundation awarded the Giving Garden a $13,600 grant to support the installation of a new fertigation system. This important infrastructure upgrade will improve irrigation efficiency and help increase the Garden’s capacity to grow fresh produce for food-insecure individuals and families throughout Somerset and Union Counties.
The Plainfield Foundation
In 2026, The Plainfield Foundation awarded the Giving Garden a $10,000 grant to support our new Giving Garden Internship Program, helping provide hands-on learning opportunities while expanding the Garden’s ability to grow and distribute fresh produce to local food pantries.
This generous support builds on a 2025 grant of $18,587, which helped fund a much-needed full-time Director position and strengthen the Giving Garden’s leadership, volunteer partnerships, community outreach, and capacity for growth.
The Giving Garden at Wagner Farm Arboretum was awarded a generous $11,650 grant from the Junior League of Morristown in 2025. The grant was specifically designated for the purchase of a hydroponics system for the Giving Garden, as well as supplies to support the system and educational programming centered around it.
