Join Us at the Inaugural Harvest Festival & Artisan Market!

We're seeking a curated mix of artisans, makers, specialty food vendors, and food trucks to help create an exceptional inaugural Harvest Festival experience.

Festival Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Wagner Farm Arboretum, Warren, New Jersey


Vendor Opportunities

Food Trucks

Serve festival guests from your fully licensed food truck.

Space Fee$150

Artisan & Craft Vendors

Showcase your handcrafted products, artwork, home décor, jewelry, apparel, woodworking, pottery, specialty gifts, and more.

10' × 10' Booth$75

Packaged/Prepared Food Vendors

Packaged foods, specialty treats, baked goods, beverages, and prepared foods.

10' × 10' Booth$100


Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors must provide their own 10' × 10' tent, tables, and chairs.

  • Electricity is not available. Vendors requiring power must provide their own quiet generator.

  • All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Wagner Farm Arboretum Foundation and Warren Township as additional insureds.

  • Food vendors are responsible for obtaining the required Somerset County Temporary Food Establishment Permit.

  • Food trucks must also meet applicable fire and propane permitting requirements.

Please note: To provide a diverse shopping experience, vendor categories may be limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.
